Employer FAQ's
You can post as many free jobs adverts as possible, which will also be re-posted on other major job boards.
Before a job advert is created, we will discuss your requirements, and any potential candidates already in our talent pool who match your criteria. We will assist you in writing a job description if you do not already have one.
We ensure that your job advert is listed on our job board and other major job boards. You will have access to boosted visibility on other job boards.
We ensure that you have access to our talent pool of candidates who are searching for permanent, part-time or temporary employment. This can significantly reduce the timeframe of recruiting.
All employers on our platform will have the opportunity to promote their brand on our website with a dedicated employer profile where employees can tell prospective employees about company culture, benefits, and awards which can attract employees.
From the outset when a job is advertised, employers will have the facility to ask pre-screening questions to ensure applicants meet minimum entry requirements. Subject to your requirements, we may carry out your initial interviews and compile a shortlist ahead of a final interview with the employer directly. We also provide DBS checks, reference checks, and onboarding assistance.
We are not just a recruitment of staff hiring business. We offer employers cost effective representation in the employment tribunal as an additional service because our experience enables us to do this. We have individuals in our team who have been called to the Bar of England and Wales and specialise in employment law disputes and will ensure you receive first class representation.
